What are the key issues facing women in leadership today?
How does one raise up and develop female leaders? What are helpful things that can help women navigate the challenges of leadership in today's context?
Join us and our expert panellists over two sessions as we explore the critical issues necessary to unleash women in leadership across several spheres of society. This is not a women’s only event, but for all to engage, and see the leadership pipeline increase for Christ's kingdom.
Session One: How organisations can champion the raising up of women and release them into leadership positions.
Session Two: Crucial issues for women who already function in the leadership space – How to navigate some of the challenges or tensions, and how they can care for their own wellbeing.
