Get the most from your leadership style and insight into your leadership context, so you can transform your church, your organisation, your people and your community.
What I'm learning at AC is relevant to my leadership context and helps me gain clarity and practical tools for my staff meetings, strategic meetings and sermons. Online learning means I can work at my own pace, and the material is too good not to engage with it. I wasn't ready for the Master of Leadership 10 years ago, but I'm so thankful I'm doing it now before it's too late.
The Master of Leadership helps all of us to process new ideas and greater understanding. It's like a train bursting from a long dark tunnel into the summer sun!
This 4 subject course equips experienced leaders with cutting-edge research, a Biblical lens, and practical tools to lead more effectively. You will develop 3 key interrelated spheres of leadership: personal growth and discipline, team dynamics and performance, and organisational innovation and growth.
