Where is the Ceremony?
The Alphacrucis University College Graduation Ceremony will be held at the ICC Sydney in Darling Harbour in the Pyrmont Theatre.
How do I know if I can graduate?
Once you complete the Application to Graduate form, AC's Student Admin team will assess and confirm your eligibility to graduate. Once your eligibility is confirmed, you will receive more information from Student Support.
Do I need to book a ticket for myself AND my guests?
No - we have a seat already allocated for you with your fellow graduands!
You only need to book tickets for up to 5 guests that will be cheering you on at the ceremony.
Do I need to hire a cap and gown?
No! Your graduation fee includes the cost of the cap and gown on the day. All you need to do is come along and we'll sort out the rest.
What if I want to bring more than 5 guests?
We want to make sure that all graduands have the opportunity to have their friends and family come along to celebrate them. At this stage, we are only able to offer 5 guest tickets to each graduand. If you have more than 5 guests, contact Student Support to be added to a waiting list and you'll be contacted closer to the event if more tickets become available.
Is there parking at the venue?
Parking is available in Carpark 1 with direct access to the Pyrmont Theatre on Level 2 available via the lift. Access is also available via the Convention Centre Ceremonial Entrance on Iron Wharf Place, closest to Harbourside and the Sofitel, then proceed up the escalators to Level 2.
