Transforming Leadership is a unique residential executive development program, designed by Alphacrucis College for contemporary Christian leaders. You will reach new levels in leadership effectiveness, whatever your background, academic qualifications, ministry or career path.
Transforming Leadership is particularly useful for those experiencing a turning point or a significant challenge. Perhaps you are transitioning to a new role or need to break through a growth ceiling for your organisation. At such moments, the benefits of taking on new skills, knowledge and ideas is magnified.
Transforming Leadership is designed to equip you with the cognitive, emotional, and behavioural resources to confidently lead your organisation. You will develop 3 key interrelated spheres of leadership: personal growth and discipline, team dynamics and performance, and organisational innovation and growth.

4.5 day residential Intensives, twice a year at the Alphacrucis Sydney campus.
2 years part time, with pre-and post Intensive learning and support throughout the year.

Upon successful completion of all requirements of the Transforming Leadership Program, you will be eligible for Graduate Certificate in Leadership
You also have the opportunity to undertake a further 8 subjects to achieve a Master of Leadership.
