The demand for delivery food has increased due to the pandemic and we have experience setting up "ghost kitchens".
Ghost kitchens are a delivery-only restaurant and some churches have under-utilised kitchens located in the community. A Ghost kitchen can enable your church to meet community demand while funding part of your ministry, in a way that leads to mutual flourishing.
We help you identify, validate and launch a 'ghost kitchen' . You will be guided by an experienced restauranteur who can help with menu creation, pricing, training and recruiting staff.

Alex has founded 8 businesses in produce wholesaling, hospitality supplies, events promotions, and tourism. He also spent 6 years leading the University of Sydney’s startup community.
Alex is passionate about teaching the skillsets to help people be entrepreneurial and thrive amongst the changes happening in the Australian economy today. He holds a Bachelor of Managerial Accounting, a Master of Educational Psychology and is doing a PhD in entrepreneurship education.
Naomi Nash

Naomi is CEO of New River Leadership and co-author of Rethinking Leadership: Building capacity for positive change.
She has worked with social purpose organisations, schools, executives and individuals, to explore leadership and innovation.
Naomi has a passion for entrepreneurship and mentoring start-ups and has been granted an Honorary Associate position at the University of Sydney Business school for her work in this space.
Ken Cheung

Ken is an accomplished Entrepreneur with a demonstrated history of working in successful Early Stage Startups.
Ken is co-founder and CEO of CareerOK, a company that helps International Students move to their new host countries.
He is also a founder of Kuki Tanuki, a highly celebrated and rated inner-city Japanese Diner and Bar in Sydney.
Damien Torti

Damien has been instrumental in assisting churches create secondary income streams and brand awareness.
This has included creating venue hire programs (25% profit margin), running accredited courses, and establishing a community newspaper with a monthly circulation to 30,000+ homes.
Damien has an MBA and is passionate about the church engaging with its local community.

Groups meet each week online for an hour with a trained coach where together you will learn best practices, share the progress you've made toward your goal, and help each other overcome the week's most pressing challenges. There will also be monthly physical meet-ups in Sydney.
